1. Who these terms are between
These terms govern your use of the website solaten.online, published by DKA tours, s.r.o., Seifertova 545/44, Žižkov, 130 00 Praha 3, Czech Republic, company number 28459857, VAT number CZ28459857 (“we”, “us”, “the publisher”). Full identification details are in the legal notice. By using the site you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. What this site is
solaten.online is an editorial website that publishes information in English about the video game Crossout. It is an information service and nothing more:
- We sell no goods or services, take no orders and process no payments.
- There are no user accounts, no registration and no login.
- There is no comment section, forum or other facility for user-generated content.
- There is no contact form, newsletter sign-up or any other data-collecting element.
3. The information is general, not advice
Everything published here is general information about a video game. It is not professional, legal, financial or technical advice, and it is not a substitute for the game's own documentation. Crossout is a live product: its balance, economy, modes and interfaces change, and information that was accurate when it was written may not be accurate when you read it. Where this site and the game's publisher disagree, the publisher's own information prevails.
4. Advertising and links to other sites
This site is funded by advertising. Links and buttons marked partner link are advertising: they lead, through an affiliate network, to the official Crossout website, and the publisher may be paid a commission if you register there. This costs you nothing extra.
When you follow such a link you leave solaten.online and become subject to the terms and the privacy practices of the destination site, which we neither control nor endorse. We are not a party to, and accept no responsibility for, any relationship you enter into with a third party, including any account you create, any purchase you make and any dispute that arises.

5. Intellectual property
The text, layout, stylesheet, diagrams and illustrations on this site are original works belonging to DKA tours, s.r.o.. You may read, print and share pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, and you may quote short extracts provided you attribute them and link to the page. Systematic copying, republication, resale or use of this site's content to train an automated system is not permitted without our prior written consent.
Crossout and related marks belong to their respective owners and are used here descriptively only. See the trademark statement in the legal notice.
6. Availability
We make no commitment that the site will be available without interruption or free of errors. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, including individual pages, at any time and without notice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the publisher is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or reliance on, the information on this site, or from the unavailability of the site, or from your dealings with any third party you reach through a link on this site.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, and any mandatory liability under Czech law or under the consumer protection law of your country of residence.
8. Age
This website is not directed at children. We do not knowingly address content to, or collect any data from, anyone under 16. The game discussed here carries its own age rating, set by the relevant ratings body and shown on the game's official store pages; please observe it.
9. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the date shown at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic, and the Czech courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the European Union, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. Out-of-court dispute resolution is dealt with in section 9 of the legal notice.
